Edouard has extensive international and domestic corporate expertise, including substantial experience advising on complex restructurings (typically with a cross-border element), joint-ventures, financings and general corporate/commercial transactions, as well as corporate governance issues.

Geoffroy has been practicing over the last 10 years within international law firms in Spain, France, Switzerland and Monaco. He advises family-owned groups and companies on mergers and acquisition transactions as well as joint ventures, growth transactions and restructuring. Geoffroy also specializes on family organization and trusts and estate matters and notably international marriage and succession planning.
Elizaveta Billiet is specialised in Monegasque and French banking and finance law.
Elizaveta has been practicing for over 10 years in international law firms and banks in Russia, France and Monaco.
She has significant expertise in corporate finance and structured finance transactions, as well as in real estate and project financing. She advises banks and corporate entities on the negotiation, setting up and restructuring of their financing transactions.
She also advises on all regulatory matters in connection with setting up funds, management companies or credit institutions in Monaco.
Before joining Gordon S. Blair, Elizaveta obtained an extensive experience in banking and finance law working for Monegasque and French international law firms as well as within the Russian market, particularly in commercial banking.
