We advise on tax, legal and associated considerations in the acquisition, sale, rental or mortgaging of property in Monaco and the South of France. We deal with all types of properties - residential or commercial, moorings, investments in farms, hotels and forestry.

We assist in the creation of legal structures - personal or through corporate vehicles - to facilitate the efficient acquisition and holding of property in Monaco and France.

On an ongoing basis we also offer further support to our clients by managing all administrative matters in relation to their real estate matters.

For example, we represent them at co-owner general meetings and can assist them in dealing with the administrative/labour law aspects of employing household staff.
