As French attorney at law, Véronique Moujon provides expertise to French and international high net worth individuals (HNWIs) on the legal and tax aspects of their French estates. This includes family business and private property transfers, French and international estate planning and management, wealth tax, etc. Véronique has advised international clients for over 15 years and has acquired significant knowledge of French inheritance issues.

Her practice extends to assisting clients on M&A and other dealings related to family-owned groups, structuring investment vehicles, transferring tax residence in France or abroad and advising on litigation with French Tax Authorities.

Véronique holds a DESS (Postgraduate degree) in Business and Tax Law from the Sorbonne University in Paris. She currently teaches a course for professionals on "International Estate Planning" at the University of Clermont-Ferrand.

Before joining Gordon S. Blair, Véronique was a Partner at Fidal and a representative at KPMG's "Global Wealth Services", a group fully dedicated to the development of international estate planning strategies for HNWIs.
