Xavier is recognized as an international expert on Family Governance matters. He authored several articles on the matter and has been a speaker at various conferences and forums.
He is also an expert in succession and estate planning, as well as asset protection mechanisms and he serves as Director, Trustee or Protector of several family or private groups, based in Europe, the US and Asia.
Through his involvement in the setting up and management of sophisticated Private Client structures he has acquired a unique hands-on experience of such organizations.

Before joining Gordon S Blair, Gilbert has been involved in a wide range of experiences in financial consulting, banking activities and corporate restructuring, in France and abroad.
He heads the banking and financial practice and as such he managed acquisition projects including global assistance on all legal matters: corporate, regulatory, labour law, tax, etc.
He is also involved into complex cross border planning activities for successions and wills.
Audrey is specialized in French and Monegasque Tax law. She has an extensive experience in personal taxation issue, Wealth and Estate planning. She also has experience in corporate taxation with respect to real estate & foreign investors. She notably advises private clients on all personal taxation, real estate purchase structuring, tax reassessment assistance, drafts Wills and provides advices and assistance to settlement of international succession.
Geoffroy has been practicing over the last 10 years within international law firms in Spain, France, Switzerland and Monaco. He advises family-owned groups and companies on mergers and acquisition transactions as well as joint ventures, growth transactions and restructuring. Geoffroy also specializes on family organization and trusts and estate matters and notably international marriage and succession planning.
