We advise Monegasque and international corporations, including banks and global companies, in the review of their data protection policies and in the filing of the notifications required by the local data protection authority (CCIN).
Our work particularly includes:
- Audit of existing data protection notifications, privacy policies and practices, recommendations on comprehensive global compliance programs
- Drafting of the compulsory notifications to CCIN including data processing on specific matters such as anti-money laundering, employee related processing, video surveillance and email monitoring, and processing involving international transfer of data
- Legal opinions on regulatory and contractual aspects of data protection law including data transfers, processing of sensitive data, and global processing of data within international groups or between corporations
- Assistance and advice in relation to Data Protection Authority controls, and alleged offences by Data controller.

Before joining Gordon S. Blair as Chief Executive Officer, Gilbert has been involved in a wide range of experiences in financial consulting, banking activities and corporate restructuring, in France and abroad.
He heads the banking and financial practice and as such he managed acquisition projects including global assistance on all legal matters: corporate, regulatory, labour law, tax, etc.
He is also involved into complex cross border planning activities for successions and wills.
Mélinda has been practicing for the past 10 years within international law firms. She has significant experience in business law and international contract law.
Mélinda also assists clients in the financing, acquisition and operation of aircrafts and other trophy assets.
