Gordon S. Blair Law Offices supports CRUISELINE (Monegasque stakeholder and one of the main european societies specialized in online cruise sales) in the framework of its third LBO.

Since 2017, the 80% of the capital has been owned by MONTEFIORE, French investment fund, and balance has been held by the management of the company. CRUISELINE keeps its growth up by joining ABENEX in the framework of a preemptive operation. Management also reinvests alongside ABENEX.

As in the previous operation, Tikehau Capital finances this project using unitranche debt.
