In November 2015, LVMH group has entered into a partnership with the Monegasque jeweller Repossi. This partnership includes a capital contribution which will allow Repossi to expand its distribution network and its international activities. In addition, Repossi will benefit from the managerial know-how of the world’s leading luxury products.

Gordon S. Blair has provided assistance and advice to LVMH on all legal matters in relation to the Monegasque aspects of the operation.
