Gordon S. Blair has advised People and Baby and its shareholders in the context of an owner buy out (OBO) bid process enabling (a) People and Baby‘s founders to recover ownership of 100% of the share capital and voting rights of the company and CM-CIC Investissement, CM-CIC Capital Privé and BPI France Investissement to achieve their investment, within the framework of financial arrangements entered into with Indigo Capital France.
