Gordon S. Blair law offices Monaco advises apicap and extemdam on the selling process of the firm Nuxeo to Kennet Partners and Goldman Sachs

Incorporated in the early 2000s, Nuxeo enters a new phase in its history. The open-source editor for corporate deals (ECM) just received USD30m from American fund Growth Capital, Kennet Partners (USD10m) and Goldman Sachs Private Capital (USD20m). This a great deal for Apicap, the major shareholder since 2008, due to tens of millions invested during the last 3 roundtables. The new shareholders are planning to carry on the international expansion by reinforcing the salesforce in Europe, north America and Japan. Since the last Capital increase in September 2013, Nuxeo experienced a tremendous growth across the Atlantic. This market now represents half of its EUR10m of income. Their client portfolio of about 1.000 firms, includes Electronic Arts, the France-Presse Agency, Leroy Merlin, Orange, TBWA, Generali, Boeing, Voyages-SNCF and the services of the French Prime Minister.
