Ariane has been practicing for over the last twenty years within international French and Monegasque law firms specialized in tax law.

Ariane also specializes on individual tax questions and provides tax advices and assistance as regards individual taxation and investment.
She advises French and foreign individuals as regards international private law questions (inheritance and gift law, family law).

She advises French and international groups of companies with their day-to-day operations and also within the scope of exceptional operations (acquisitions, restructuration) and she has a significant track record in cross-border transactional tax law and cross-border acquisitions (primary & secondary LBOs, carve-out).

She is also involved in management packages structuration and international mobility questions.
