Patricio has over 15 years of experience working with French, Monegasque and international taxation within leading global law firms (EY, Deloitte|Taj, Bomchil).
Patricio assists private clients on the tax structuring of their business an investments, as well as their wealth and estate planning. He also advices such clients on their real estate transactions.
As regards corporate taxation, Patricio provides tax advice to companies and multinational groups on their day to day domestic and cross-border business -CIT and VAT matters-, as well as their M&A transactions (buy-side & sell-side). He has a remarkable experience on tax due diligence, tax structuring, tax modeling and SPA negotiation.
