Margaux specializes in business law.

 

She assists and advises both domestic and international clients, particularly in the negotiation, structuring and implementation of their strategic growth operations, partnerships and commercial projects across various sectors and industries. She also has expertise in real estate law, with a particular focus on commercial leases.

 

Before joining the firm, Margaux practiced with renowned law firms in Paris, mainly in the areas of restructuring, distressed M&A and corporate law.

 

She has also worked with a renowned firm of judicial administrators on complex operational and financial restructuring cases.
