Candice Fasolato is specialized in labour law and advises primarily Monaco and France-based employers including institutional clients, companies, family offices and private individuals on the structuring, securing and implementation of their labour law and employment policies, with a view to anticipating risks and safeguarding employment relationships. She regularly advises on hiring processes, day-to-day HR management, corporate restructurings, and takes part in labour due diligences. Thanks to her base in Monaco, she maintains a close and ongoing working relationship with the local labour authorities, a highly valued asset that facilitates dialogue and the efficient handling of files.
She also has recognised expertise in maritime employment law (seafarers) and assists shipowners and employers in the sector with the management of crews, including seafarers’ employment agreements, embarkation and disembarkation procedures, disciplinary matters, termination of employment and related disputes, in compliance with applicable national and international regulations.
Finally, she advises companies and private individuals on professional immigration matters. She assists with the obtaining and renewal of work permits, residence permits and visas, as well as with the structuring and securing of international mobility, handling the entire administrative process in liaison with the competent authorities to ensure compliance and the smooth implementation of professional projects.
