India Hammond specialises in international business law.

 

She advises a Monegasque and international client base on strategic corporate and commercial law matters.

 

Her expertise focuses in particular on the establishment, structuring and expansion of economic activities in the Principality, as well as advising companies throughout their lifecycle. In this capacity, she is involved in complex, high-value transactions, including the negotiation of co-investment arrangements, the implementation of restructurings, and the coordination and implementation significant of cross-border projects.

 

She also advises private clients on the structuring and transmission of private and professional assets.

 

Prior to joining the firm, India practised as a lawyer (Avocate à la Cour) at the Luxembourg Bar. She has over ten years’ experience in leading international law firms, where she developed significant expertise in cross-border transactions, particularly in the real estate and infrastructure sectors, as well as in the restructuring of regulated entities and groups.
