David is a seasoned lawyer who has been practising business law for over 30 years and has completed several hundred equity transactions in the Principality, in France and abroad.
He assists companies and private shareholders in their strategic investment projects, opening of capital, transfer of business, financing and contractual negotiations.
David is close to his clients, some of whom he has been working with for 20 years, and is strongly committed to the success of their projects.
He has worked in a wide range of fields but has particular experience in the energy services, manufacturing, construction and media sectors. He has been a board member of several print media groups.
David heads up the firm’s business law department and is supported by a team of around ten associates.
