Jean is an expert in banking and finance.

Through his various experiences and years within the Monegasque Government, he acquired unique expertise in this field. Jean has notably overseen the management of the State of Monaco’s assets and launched initiatives in the Principality such as MonacoTech and “Monaco Sustainable Finance.”

He is primarily involved in the areas of banking regulation (Monegasque banks and financial institutions), regulation of foreign actors in asset management, compliance, financing (on the lender side), and the social responsibility of Monegasque companies.
